Warrens Farm is a boutique Farmhouse Bed & Breakfast set in the heart of the beautiful Devon countryside.

Located in the village of Yeoford around 3 miles from the market town of Crediton, Warrens Farm offers train links via the spectacular Tarka Line to Exeter and Barnstaple. The Duck, a new and recently renovated gastro pub in the village is within a 5 minute walk as well as a host of other attractions and amenities within easy reach.

The 16th Century working Devon farm is surrounded by stunning views, landscaped gardens and offers 3 fabulous en-suite rooms.

Located 30 minutes from Dartmoor, the North and South Devon beaches, and the city of Exeter, Warrens Farm Bed & Breakfast is perfectly located to cater for all guests, whether travelling for business or pleasure.

Rooms

There are 3 en-suite rooms available, each designed in their own traditional yet contemporary style, offering spacious and luxurious accommodation. One room is located on the ground floor for easier access whilst the other 2 are on the first floor and offer adjoining doors for families or friends staying together if required.

The Area

Devon is a county for all. From spectacular sandy beaches, fossil cliffs, medieval towns and moorland national parks, all of which are accessible by train from the village train station. 2 famous walking routes, The South West Coast Path which follows the coastline, and the Two Moors Way which is a mere half hour away from the house are just a few of the many attractions which bring guests to Warrens Farm.

The Duck at Yeoford

We were thrilled when Sarah and James took over management of The Duck in 2018. Newly renovated and only a short 3 minute walk from the farmhouse, The Duck has already achieved many accolades including The Telegraph Runner up Family Pub of the Year and is also featured in Sawday’s guide to Britain

Double occupancy room and locally sourced full English breakfast - £120

Single occupancy room and locally sourced full English breakfast - £80

*3 course seasonally prepared home cooked evening meal - £40

Please note that the evening meal needs to be booked 24hrs in advance. Should you wish to see a sample menu, please do contact us and we will happily share some.
